About the Role
Unique Support &Care Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued client a passionate and reliable Early Years Practitioner to work within a preschool setting. This role focuses entirely on supporting children in their early learning and development, helping to create a stimulating and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS framework
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of care
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience in a preschool or nursery setting (preferred)
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A caring and enthusiastic approach to childcare
