BMM Weston utilises state of the art computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing systems that are at the cutting edge of today’s technology. In addition all of the control software for our equipment and electrical design is done in-house by a team of dedicated engineers that specialise in microprocessor control systems.
Our philosophy relies on three key fundamentals - quality, strength and knowledge. It is crucial that we remain in line with the forefront of technology and standards which means that continual training and development is vital to our success.
The company is proud to be part of the local community employing many of the town’s inhabitants. It also has forged strong links with the local schools, colleges and universities providing a long term programme for apprenticeships and graduate intakes.
