We are excited to be hiring for experienced Residential Children's Support Workers to join our client's service based in Whitstable, Kent.

This is a Residential Children's home, EBD home, specialising in the care and support for young people, promoting independence and protection.

To be considered for this position, we would like you to have:

• Ideally hold a Level 3 in Residential / Childcare NVQ
• Experience of working with children and young people ages 8-18 years with EBD
• Have experienced challenging young people
• Strong knowledge around Ofsted regulations
• Ideally hold full UK drivers licence
